Volunteer Opportunities
The Elephant Run's inaugural and 2nd year events were great successes in large part thanks to the many volunteers (over 100) who came out on race day! Volunteers are needed for:
* Pre-Registration (Race Packet Pick-Up) tba
* Set Up: on Sat 5/9 to unload and set up tables/chairs - time tba
Race day - 6:00am - 8:30am
* Balloon arch prep and decorating - race day 6:30am - 8am
* Food prep/service - post race party 7:00am - 11am
* Registration 7- 9am
* Kids Activities 8:30am -12
* Kids Race 9:45am -10:45am
* Race Course Traffic Control 8am -10:00am
* Water Table 8am -10:00am
* Clean Up 12pm -2:00pm
